Late to bed but a serious problem has arisen,
Kelly injected the wrong insulin & her body is now a prison,
Glucose levels crashing we had to act fast,
Consuming as much sugar before out she passed,
Two hours later & she’d eaten enough to prevent a coma,
Luckily we realised quickly & even more so that she was sober,
Not out of the woods though all night she struggled,
So by the morning exhausted we did nothing only cuddled,
Not until the evening was she able to venture further for some time outside,
We took a gentle walk to another beauty spot for sunset with many people aside,
Walking back to town we did a little shopping at a market place,
Before food & bed for plenty of rest for Kelly in this paradise space.
