Onwards through another border today we head,
Although loading the bikes isn’t as easy as said,
Everything is slightly damp again which isn’t very nice,
But we have to carry it all down a slope slippery like ice,
Packed & on our way but the roads aren’t anything special,
The views however are beautiful like it’s been put on by a stencil,
After many more miles the hills allow us access to the windy roads,
It would be perfect but for autumn depositing leaves in loads,
Many miles of beautiful passes covered with tree debris,
Until finally the border with Slovenia came & we gained entry,
It was dark again when we arrived at our apartment for the night,
It’s clean and pleasant but the décor is definitely a 60’s sight,
A couple of days to relax & dry off here before we move on,
Hopefully we can enjoy this pretty town before we head onto the next one.
