Up good & early for an exciting morning activity,
Horse riding through the desert & old town vicinity,
It’s been a decade since I last was in the saddle,
For Kelly it’s a first, so was hoping for a smooth straddle,
The morning passed quickly as we rode around happily,
Apart from when Kelly’s decided to gallop off like he was in the cavalry,
A little fall but luckily Kelly only grazed her shoulder,
Unfortunately mine fell over after slipping on a wet boulder,
None of us panicked with these situations so all is fine,
Some grazes for my horse & also Kelly but all fine thanks to iodine,
For the rest of the day we explored Ait Benhaddou on foot properly,
This was lovely to walk around except for avoiding shopkeepers tactfully.
