Following a local tip we headed for a travel agent this morning,
Apparently they buy many tickets to sell on & keep prices soaring,
We made our application & paid a deposit for him to find us tickets,
Then walked to Agra fort where scalpers were ready on their pickets,
After the chaos at the palace we decided it was too busy to enter,
Thousands we’re outside so we dreaded what it would be like in the centre,
Back to our room we headed but closed roads stopped the Rickshaw,
It’s cool up here so the walk back so fine & gave us a chance to buy supplies in store,
Before heading to our room to retire for an early night,
We ate in the hotel restaurant, curry all washed down with a sprite.
